Group registration

The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants.

Full payment in Euro (€) must be received before the deadline.

All registration fees include local 21% VAT

Methods of payment
Payment by credit card is preferred. Accepted credit cards are: MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
 
Alternatively, you may pay by bank transfer. Bank details can be found during the group registration process.
To facilitate easy processing, please indicate your group registration number in your remittance.
 
Confirmation of Registration
We will send you an email confirming your group registration once the corresponding payment is received.
Two steps have to be followed in participant registration processes online:
 
STEP I
Group contact person will receive a link, logon and password to complete the requested group participants data online.

STEP II
Group contact person needs to send the login and password, together with the group link to each individual participant, to complete their professional data and profiles.
Deadline to receive the data is 24 January 2017. This process is mandatory.
 
Replacements
Group contact persons will manage the group registration independently online. They will have access to group registration data at all times. They may make corrections, change the names, free of charge, before the deadline of 24th January.  Any changes to the participant data after that date will be considered as full registration. Those registrations can be processed only onsite at the onsite registration rate.
 
Cancellation & refund
All cancellations are subject to a 120 EUR administrative fee per participant. The deadline to receive the cancellation request is Tuesday 29 November 2016. Cancellation requests received after this date are not refunded.
 
Accreditation
Italian Participants – Prerichiesta AIFA
